The mighty 205....
Being back behind the steering wheel of my beloved 205 GTi post the Christmas and New Years break has re-affirmed my love for the car. Those of you unfortunate enough not to have driven one of the real hot hatches of the 80s, are missing out....I know there will be some amongst you who dislike the car but what can I say? The turn into corners is just so assuring and predicatable, whilst accelerating and getting pull in every gear before the 4 disc braking to poise and positiion the car for the next S-bend. Such fun. I promise all of you non 205 fans, you are missing out, and if you're such critics why exactly do you drive the typical saloon in the typical colour with the typical mpg???
